I love the idea of a gym with “bravo” on the gym door, but I’m not convinced that it translates to a gym that is as “bravo” as the rest. With that in mind, I wanted to share a fun workout routine from my gym that is full of “Bravo” vibes.
This is a great routine for those who like to go for a good cardio workout or just want to give their body a much-needed boost. First we all need to pick a gym. Then we go into our gym and start setting up our equipment. I have a foam roller, kettle bell, rowing chest, and dumbbells. The last two are for body weight workouts. It’s all about building strength and endurance so that we can keep pumping iron as long as we want.
The workout in the first video is based on the strength and conditioning program we are using at my gym and is designed to get you strong and ripped. If you want to go for a more cardio workout, we are going to use my power rack and kettlebell and go for a more body weight workout.

I think the first video was a little too much cardio for my taste, so I looked at the second one more carefully. I’m not sure how much body weight is required to get strong and ripped, but I guess as long as you’re lifting heavy, you will probably end up strong and ripped. I also think that the amount of cardio, and how much weight you can lift with your power rack and kettlebell is a balance between the two.
My power rack is a little too heavy for this video so we will go for a more bodyweight workout. My weight training regimen always includes using kettlebells and power racks, so I decided to go with the second video.
Since I’m going for a bodyweight workout, I have to say I’ve never heard of kettlebells. I figured they’d be a good complement to my power rack since I’m not doing squats and deadlifts at the same time. So I had some fun with a couple kettlebell swings. I also had fun with the fact that some workouts can be performed using two different sets of weight.
The video shows you doing a number of different exercises in different positions, but the way you do them is the same. Theres a number of ways to attack the exercises without using weights, but I find it really hard to tell in this video. I think I like it. It doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me. Plus, you only have to do the exercises twice.
That is why many people use kettlebells. They can be used in a number of different ways. They can be used to perform a number of different exercises, they can be used to add resistance to a specific exercise, or they can be used to build strength. You can’t really tell if it’s the same weight, as there is a lot of variation in how much weight you use, but it is definitely the same weight.
