I’m not sure if this was true but I started a year ago and I’m currently in a class called “Work Your Body, Work Your Soul.” I love these classes because I don’t have to work too hard and they help me de-stress.
Well, if I’ve learned one thing from these classes, it’s that your body is a great work of art and it deserves to be used as such.
While I loved the classes, I also think they tend to get a little too intense and maybe a bit too much of a personal workout for my liking. I don’t know why they do this workout, and I’m not sure if it’s because it’s for business or if people are just out for the money. But I like to think that the stress of having to work out can actually work to keep you from working out.
I dont think its that hard to get a workout. I think the problem is that people are not using it to burn fat. There are a few things that are very effective for that, but the workout classes are not necessarily one of them.
I’m not saying they’re wrong, but if you’re not looking for something that you can do to burn fat, the classes might be a bit too basic and not something you’ll do often. If I had to guess, I’d say they’re probably more about getting used to doing exercises, and you can get a more intense workout if you have the right exercises, but they’re not going to do anything that’s going to burn fat.
I know that sounds like an excuse, but Ive had classes that were so basic that I could barely do the exercises, and I can do the exercises. The classes were for people who were already doing the exercises, but because they were so basic that I could barely do them, I felt terrible about putting them through.
I have a friend who had a workout class where she could barely do the exercises. She was also one of those people who said she’d never take them again because the instructor was so bad. I mean, you don’t have to be a complete idiot to fail at a class, but I think that’s important to mention.
But I totally agree that the class should have been so basic that people would be able to get through it. The worst I ever received from a class was a 5 minute “dance class” where I had to do my own dance until I was happy with my body. I spent a couple hours on that dance class and was so disappointed when I realized that I wasn’t gonna get any serious moves in. So I’m not sure what I’d do if I had to do a workout class.
I would never say that my workout class was bad at all. But I also would never say that its a complete waste of time. Even though there are not that many classes out there that teach fitness, they’re so much more than just class. There are so many types of fitness classes and workouts. Some of them even include a chance to take a class with a personal trainer (which can sometimes be a great option if you just can’t make it to a class).
I feel like I really need to write more about the benefits of fitness class. I know that it can help you burn calories, get your heart rate up, and prevent you from needing to get out of bed in the morning but I also feel like a lot of people just assume that all workout classes are just a bunch of fat people trying to get a good workout. And in some cases maybe they are but that doesnt mean you cant have a class that helps you out.
