The fact is that the average person’s thinking and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when were on autopilot for so long that we fall into the same patterns. Because when we look back at our past actions, we forget about the past. Whereas a person with self-awareness is able to exercise a little meta-cognition and say, “Hmm… every time my sister calls me and asks for money, I end up drinking a lot of vodkas.

The point here is not that people should simply change their habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. Instead, the problem is that the patterns that are in our minds, that we’ve become stuck in, are affecting how we act in the world. This is very different from a person who knows they’re at a crosswalk and doesn’t have to stop.

The problem is that the things weve become stuck in our minds and our brains are creating new habits, behaviors, and habits in the world. What we should be doing is changing these habits, behaviors, and habits in the world. So the first step is to go to the source. This is true for everyone, not just the self aware. We need to make ourselves aware of the problem and be willing to do something about it.

I believe the second step is to change our own brain and the habits and behaviors that get created by the first step. I believe that we can do this by changing the habits and behaviors which are creating these new habits in our lives. If we can change our brain, we can change our habits.

That’s right. If you think about it, the only thing in the world that is changing is your brain. For example, if you are in a car accident you are more likely to stop and think “Oh shit, I must stop, am I ok?” When you actually stop for a minute or two, your brain is basically saying “Are you ok?”.

There are numerous habits and behaviors that are creating these new behaviors in our lives. For example, if you eat too much sugar, that will cause you to slow down. If you eat too much salt, that will cause you to stop. If you smoke, that will cause you to start. If you drink alcohol, it will cause you to get lazy and stop. Whatever we do, we are changing our brains, and that’s the first step.

This is where two rivers law comes in. It’s a law that says you should stop what you’re doing and change it to something else. It’s also a law that says you should change what you’re doing, and in order to change, you need to change the habits and behaviors that created those habits and behaviors in the first place.
