We all want to have a good time, and we don’t always succeed. Just like we don’t always succeed in our attempts to stop sweating and start sweating, we all have bad days. But we are also human, and we all need to be able to see the good in our lives so that we can make a real effort to make the right choices for all our moments.
I find it difficult to put any meaning to sweat. It’s a very subjective thing. If I am sweating, I am probably doing something that I am good at. If I am not sweating, I probably am not doing something that I am good at. And if I am sweating and I am not doing something that I am good at, then I have probably not given effort.
I think it goes back to this idea of effort. In his book “The Four Ageless Laws of Life”, Zen Master Master Eckhart Tolle states that effort is the foundation of all success. This is because effort is the “force” that gets us from doing something bad (like sweating) to doing something better (like working out). When we allow our effort to be directed, we are able to create what we truly want in life.
I have been known to work out for about 15 minutes before I work out for hours. That is not because I am lazy or anything like that. It is just that I always have a few things to do. When I am tired, I will do something like sleep or work on something. I do it because I want to, not because I have to.
The same idea applies to our brains. In the same way that we sweat more when we do something that we feel we should, we feel more motivated when we exercise. But when we exercise to the point of sweating, we don’t usually want to go back to doing something else.
So why do we sweat even more when we exercise? As you know, exercise is a good thing to do. But we also want to go back to doing something else.
I do not think it’s a coincidence that the number of exercise videos that make it to the top on YouTube is growing. So are workouts that use music. Our bodies really are conditioned to sweat.
I think that it is a very good point. And I think we are all conditioned to sweat. Our bodies are made to sweat and do everything else for us that we do, so it is a good thing to do. But when we exercise to the point of sweating, we don’t want to go back to doing something else.
We may be conditioned to sweat, but the gym is not. They are making a ton of money because we are. That is something to keep in mind.
The gym is so much different than a sweat-in-the-eyes workout. I guess there are a lot more people in the gym than sweating. The gym is also more open to everyone. So if you are in the gym with a group of people, you dont have to be afraid of running into someone in the shower. The gym is also more comfortable because there are less people. That is good because there is less chance of running into someone in a shower.
