This charming duplex in the heart of New York City was once a mom’s in-law suite. After it was purchased by a young man, he changed the name from mom’s in-law suite to suite, and the upstairs section was converted into a beautiful, spacious studio apartment.
So what happens when you buy a newly built apartment, you’re going to have to redo the bedrooms and bathrooms. Not only that, now that the whole floor has been converted to a studio apartment, the kitchen has to be remodeled as well. So what happens when you have to redo a whole suite of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms? Well, you’re going to have to redo a whole apartment.
When it comes to remodeling, I do try to do my best to think of the project as a family project. That way the team can focus on the project rather than my personal, personal projects.
The goal here is to make sure that the project is designed to make a living for at least two generations. The team can do that by redoing the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living space.
The purpose of redoing a home is to make the home more suitable for the user. The idea, I think, is to make sure that the project is based on reality and not a dream (that is, a vision for the future).
One of the reasons I’m excited about mother in law suite homes for sale is that I think it’s a great example of the kind of home that can be built as we move closer to our “green” future. There is no carbon footprint in this project. The home’s design is based on a “green” building code (that I hope will be adopted worldwide), and the cost is based on the state’s average residential building costs.
