This is a very rare occurrence in the law practice where the client and her lawyer aren’t on speaking terms. So many clients have lost their jobs and their clients’ friends have had their lives ruined by these litigious clients that the word ‘litigious’ has become synonymous with a client who is not ethical. But the thing is, there are a lot of bad clients out there, who only want to be litigious because they are a ‘bad guy.

There are two types of business that are more likely to be a bad client: 1) legal business as a matter of course and 2) real estate.

The most common form of real estate law is the “landlord and tenant” case, in which the tenant is suing the landlord for damages caused by the tenant’s failure to comply with their rental agreement. The landlord, on the other hand, is suing the tenant for the rent, which is unpaid.

The only sure winner in this scenario is the landlord, but the tenants are likely to win the case and collect the money owed. Most landlords are more interested in winning the case and keeping tenants in their home than they are in winning the money owed.

That’s why there are so many court cases like this, which is a major reason why I became a trial lawyer.

So this is the same situation, just in the legal world. But that’s the problem. If you’re a tenant, you have a bunch of options. You can take the case to court, which is relatively easy, or you can keep the problem under the surface and work with your landlord to find a solution. The problem is that you’ll need to convince your landlords that you’re sincere.

I know what you’re thinking “okay, so what is the problem here?” But the problem for me is that there is a lot of talk about the high cost of fighting landlord-landlord disputes, and the fact that landlords are reluctant to budge on their rent. This is one of the problems with the current legal system. There seems to be a lot of animosity between landlords and tenants.

The solution to the problem is to do the opposite and work with the landlords to get your rent down. It won’t be easy, but if you work with your landlords to find a solution you might be able to get your landlord’s approval for a few months. A solution like this can be tricky because landlords might be reluctant to budge on their rent, particularly if you’re the property manager.

But it seems like the law is being broken and there’s a whole bunch of people that don’t feel the need to go to court. This is something that I’m sure you can understand if you read the law. And if you want to know what the law is, you’ll have to read the law. It isn’t the law of the land, it’s the law of the city.
