I love to workout. I love doing it. I have never thought I would love it more than I do right now, and I know that I wouldn’t want it to stop. So I’m taking your advice and putting it to the test.

The one thing I would say is that a good way to go about it is to have a goal in mind beforehand as well.

I would suggest that you get off the couch and start putting some real effort into your own body. If you are really into lifting, then you should start going to the gym. If you are really into cardio, then you should start going to the gym.
