I’m always looking for a good workout routine that is not too intense and also not too easy. This is definitely a good workout routine. I’ve lost 30 pounds in just one week and it has been a great, easy and fun workout.
I’m not sure how many workouts I’ve done in the past couple weeks, but I would say the majority of them have been on my own time.
