I’ve been trying to get myself into better shape as of late. I’ve been working on my diet, adding cardio to my routine, and eating healthier. It feels like I’m only going at it when I’m not getting results. I’m starting to notice some changes in my body, and I’m wondering if it’s because I’ve started to eat healthier and not exercise as much.

You know what makes me feel better? Exercise. Ive always been a gym rat, and Ive always wanted to be fit so I could be a part of the fitness revolution. Ive always wanted to be the guy who gets out of bed, puts on that gym suit, and goes. Ive wanted to put my body through some pain and suffering to get it ready for the next big thing. But now Im only going to get results when im actually doing something.

Some people think that the best workout is simply stretching and moving your body, but I’m not one of them. I like to get my body moving both mentally and physically, and that doesn’t mean you have to do it with weights.

The best workout Ive ever done is a few years ago. One of those sessions was a long 15-minute workout that ended with me doing a plank. I remember the smell of the sweat and the feeling of my muscles bunching up after the last rep. I remember thinking, This is what is going to get me through the rest of this. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this.

After that workout was over and I was sore, my trainer came over and gave me a few suggestions. One was to add a few extra reps to each set so they would burn out more quickly. Another suggestion was to do a few more sets of five and not get bored with them. He said that the more sets you do, the more you’ll get to know your body and what actually works. Then I did some more reps and felt a bit sore too.

I love the idea of just a series of exercises. I would love to do a gym workout I wrote about but I’m not a professional writer. I’d love to do a workout like I described but I don’t know how to write it. So I can’t really show you how to do it. I’m sure there are plenty of other ways to accomplish the same results.
