This dumbbell frog squat video is my favorite way to exercise my abs and quads. It’s not as difficult as it sounds and will definitely get your heart pumping and get your core muscles firing.
We’re going to be squatting at least three times a week in order to get the best results and to tone up. I’m not sure what the best exercises are for doing this, but I’m going to try anything that looks interesting.
Its not for everybody, but if you don’t have a partner or have trouble squatting, then this video is for you. Also, this video is the only one of mine that’s not just a straight squat. I also have a few other videos that are just straight squats and bench presses.
I can’t think of a better way to tone up than by pressing like a dumbbell. I know you’re probably thinking, “what the hell is a dumbbell doing in the video? I have a dumbbell!” But you’re wrong. It’s a squat. And a squat is supposed to be the most effective exercise for toning up. In fact, the only reason I think to squat is to get some of the best results out of it and to tone up.

I think it has a ton of benefits, but if you don’t want to get these benefits you want to do a lot more squatting. You’ll get a ton of results from just a regular squat, but you can get better results by doing a lot more.

I’ve just checked out the video, and it looks like the dumbbells are actually used for dumbbell rowing. So they don’t do a lot of the heavy lifting you would think. It would be a good idea to use dumbbells for your pull-ups and rows. In fact, you should probably use the dumbbells during your pull-ups.
