I’ve been working with Cobra to get better at the exercises and to have a better grasp on my ability to control my focus. The first lesson I learned was that I could feel how focused I am and to how much effort I put into my focus. I still have to practice regularly to get better at it, but I am happy to say that it has been easier to focus on the tasks I want to complete and less on the items that I do not want to work on.

One important thing I learned from Cobra was that I was able to control my focus when the game was paused. I am able to stop myself from being distracted by anything but the game. I do this with every game I play. I am able to focus when I am playing the game without being distracted by anything else, and I can control my focus that way. I can even do this when I am not playing the game.

For example, if I am playing the game and I am distracted by another task, I am more likely to stop when I hear someone’s voice or someone in the room (or both).
