But since it’s just a cardio routine, you can modify it for your fitness level, for running, biking, or swimming. You can also add a few exercises to the routine to make it a complete workout (like a jump rope, some pull ups, a good set of squats).
The only thing I feel bad about is that it looks like you are in for a very short workout. But if you are a fan of high-intensity cardio, then this is definitely for you. But if you are not a fan of high-intensity cardio, then this is definitely for you.
In case you are wondering, this is one of the best cardio workouts I’ve done. The only problem is, I only do this once per workout.
