I know, I know, it’s not exactly new, but the newness is in the fact that it is a workout that is meant to be done in the gym. That’s because most women who do this type of exercise are looking to become stronger and more muscular. But this is not just any workout. It’s a workout that will get you results, because it’s a women-only workout. So instead of feeling like a freak, you can see your results in real time.
I have read many of the articles and have seen the videos (and I think many of you have as well) that claim a men-only workout to be a complete waste of time. In most cases, this is because it uses a man’s muscles as a means to stimulate the female parts that would never be stimulated otherwise.
Yes this is a women-only workout. And you know what? We agree. However, its not just a women-only workout. This workout is a complete workout. There are no other women in it. This workout can be done by any man. And if you are not a man, you can get in too.
A men-only workout is just as bad as a women only workout. Because there are no women to help you to get into it. We believe that the only reason why this workout is even being given this treatment is because it has been seen as “men’s only.” Actually, it’s also been seen as a very simple, “women only.” But it’s not. It’s a men-only workout.
There are a few reasons why this workout is being treated as men only. Firstly, this is a very basic workout. Like, almost basic. Its a cardio work out. Its a bodyweight workout. Its a weight training workout. Its a jump rope workout. Its a step workout. It is not going to get you any much more than that. And the reason this workout is being treated as men only is because as men, its going to be very easy to cheat on this workout.

The solution is quite simple: just do the workout with women only. It doesn’t matter if you’re the guy, or the chick, just do the workout with women only. It’s not going to make a difference, and it’s not going to make a difference in the way the workout actually works.
There is a reason it’s called “body feminizing” because you will be feminizing your body while using this workout. The workout is designed for women only and you may want to take it easy at first. It doesn’t matter. The workout is intended to be used as a muscle building workout and is meant to be used for women only.
