Its a lot of fun watching bob work out, but that doesnt mean that he is a fitness freak. I think its cool that he is able to be able to workout while not being able to. However, his body is built for speed. Its super easy to get faster with a great pair of running shoes.
What really makes this workout awesome is the way bob uses his body to make himself look much more athletic. He looks like a super-athletic guy on a bike, and he pulls it off with that pose. He also uses his body to make his abs look bigger. His legs are strong and he uses them to propel himself through the air. It looks like he is really strong, but its because he is using his body to look more athletic.
