My body doesn’t give a shit about a treadmill. It also wouldn’t make sense for me to go on it for more than five minutes at a time. My cardio is a little lacking, but I would rather have my body move every day than have a cardio workout every week.

On the other hand, the fact that Big Tits workout has been a huge success is a testament to the fact that workout is good for everyone. Exercise is good for your heart, your lungs, your muscles, your mind, and your body. It also helps you to have a better sex life and feel better about yourself.
