I’m always a fan of the ab workout. You just can’t beat a good ab workout, when you’re tired and you need to get some serious ass grinding in. The good thing about ab workouts is that they come in a variety of different levels. There are the heavy weights and bodyweight exercises, there are the low impact cardio exercises, and then there is the ab exercises. My favorite ab workout is the ab plank.
A lot of guys will tell you to just go to the gym and do it, but if you take the time to do it right then you will come out looking better and better. For me, I like to do the ab plank in the bedroom. I like the idea of not being able to jump and hit, but at the same time I like it when my abs look good and feel nice and smooth.
So, you know the ab plank, right? You stand up, bend forward, touch your toes, and then curl back down. I like this sort of exercise because it keeps my shoulders and neck long and tight, and I like the idea of having an extra ton of core muscle.
I am not a fan of ab exercises in bed. I really like it when I’m in bed and my body has a nice and tight, flat stomach. It sounds good and feels good, but I don’t really like it when my whole body has an uneven shape. When my stomach is uneven, it makes it difficult to breathe and it’s quite uncomfortable to sit on a hard surface or lie down.
If you’re like me and you love exercise, but you are really sore at night and you just want to sleep, then ab exercises in bed can help you relax and get some rest. Ab exercises in bed are just like normal ab exercises, only you are in bed. You start by doing a few different ab exercises in bed, until you build up a tolerance to them. As you get used to them, you can just increase the number of exercises you do in bed.
As a side note, the number of repetitions and the length of each exercise can be adjusted to make it easier to do. For example, if you are trying to do a 10-20 second cardio workout, you can lengthen it to 4-6 minutes, but if you are trying to do a 10-20 second ab exercise, you can cut it in half to make it easier.
So while you are doing the exercises, you might want to consider just taking a shower, because after a while, you can just go right to sleep. (We know you’re thinking, “But I don’t take a shower!” but that’s a whole other issue.
Yes, it is a whole other issue, but its a good thing you have a shower in the first place. If you are going to be in bed, there are a lot of things you can do to get some extra sleep, like using the shower or simply getting out of the bed and taking a walk.
