11 Ways to Completely Ruin Your 1up pre workout

I’ve got one of those workout machines (the one where you sit and it spins and you workout in 3-5 minutes) and I’ve never been able to really get going. This pre workout that you do as soon as you get in the gym is a game changer because it really gets things going for you. When I do this I feel the same way about my workouts. I think I’m getting in better shape, and I think I’m getting fitter and stronger.

These guys are the ones that put together the workout that goes so quickly and efficiently that you are able to go from a 20 minute workout to a 2 hour workout in no time flat.

It is important to note that I use the machine that I use when I workout for my body weight. I don’t really use it for any other exercises so I think that this could be a little misleading.
